Here at Altamaha Canine Consulting LLC., We have partnered with some of the best Non-Profits in the region that devote their time and efforts to caring for people and their service dogs. The need for emotional support dogs as well as assistance dogs is becoming more and more needed everyday. Through these relationships as well as with our teams expertise of training task and working animals collaboratively for over 35 years, we are excited to launch our Service Dog Specialty Program. This program has been vetted by some of the best in the industry as well as beta tested and now is available. We will begin to enroll a limited number of dogs into the program Quarter 3 of 2021. Stay tuned to this page for profile updates of current dog availabilities.

We are currently able to help with the training of assistance dogs in the following areas:

Physical Disabilities

  • Blindness (partial ONLY)

  • Epilepsy (not seizure alert, assistance only)

  • Eating disorders
  • Neurocognitive disorders
